Set among mature trees and just a short walk from downtown Wake Forest, the neighborhood features generous living spaces, welcoming front porches, shared green space, and connected walkways that encourage community and everyday connection.

We had worked with the Town of Wake Forest to rezone the property at 850 Wait Avenue to create this intimate, walkable neighborhood.
