HOA ARC Response: The committee inform you the place where the solar panels will be approved is area #2
and NOT are 1 as indicated on the solar panel print out (see below)

Our appeal:

• Panels will need to be installed in area #1 as that is the south facing roof area.
• Area #1 fits the required number of panels to generated need power to offset usage.
• The panels in area #1 can’t been seen by the sidewalk in front of our home or the street, they could be seen the from the sidewalk on the other side (see images in gallery). Also our home is tucked back and the neighbor's roof lines make it hard to see our front roof by passing vehicles.
  
• Panels are black and will match the roof color.

What the next steps in appealing the ARC committee's decision?
Does our covenants explicitly prohibit solar panels?
