​The Mini Tower concept born from a desire for absolute immersion in nature without the disturbance of it. By utilizing a vertical architectural footprint, we minimize our impact on the forest floor while maximizing the views for our guests. This is not just a cabin; it is a private watchtower overlooking the wilderness.

• The Method: Constructed using high-precision prefabricated modular assembly, our towers ensure minimal construction noise and site disturbance.

• The Aesthetic: Clad in matte charcoal standing-seam metal, the towers are designed to disappear into the shadows of the tree line, while floor-to-ceiling glass fronts capture the light and the landscape.​

The Mini Tower is a modern, four-level mini home engineered for steep or limited sites where traditional homes don’t fit. With a small footprint and a tall, stacked layout, the Mini Tower rises above the hillside to capture forest and mountain views while minimizing land disturbance. It’s ideal for mountain properties, wooded lots, and compact infill projects.

Level 1 – Entry & Essentials
Rear entry leads into a functional lower level with a mudroom, gear storage, utility room, and full bathroom—perfect for outdoor lifestyles.

Level 2 – Living + Kitchen
​An open living and kitchen space wrapped in glass, with access to a front deck. This is the main gathering level, oriented to capture the best views on the property.

Level 3 – Lofted Bedroom Retreat
A private bedroom level perched above the trees, with large windows and space for built-ins, reading nook, and en-suite bath.

Level 4 – Optional Indoor/Outdoor Flex Space
A flexible top-level that can be fully enclosed or partially open for a studio, office, lounge, or covered outdoor living area just below the slanted solar-ready roof.
