Cottages at Cardinal Hills
We worked to development of six acres parcel, a short walk from downtown Wake Forest. The project included 30 cottage homes with a mix of styles, all well-designed and part of a small-scale infill neighborhood. Town commissioners said no to the project. |

Home@TGM
We would like to build a two story apartment and office on the rear of our Main Street location. The structure would be built with the use of two shipping containers designed to match the look and feel of the current location. Units would use natural colors, wood siding to blend into the existing gardens and landscape. Our goal is to showcase the many ways in which sustainable living and working can go hand-in-hand with attractive design, materials and garden spaces. |
